Thanks Wendy, troy, and SlipperKing! I've coveted this one for quite a while now, so this is terribly exciting for me.

SlipperKing: I'm growing it in semi-hydro with lava rock on top. I repotted it when I bought it in November, and knock on wood, so far, it hasn't skipped a beat.

I'd like to suggest not staking as an option. It will be nice to see the whole thing grow out naturally.

Just a suggestion, of course.

Staking saves energy from the plant trying to hold the spike upright and redirects it, hopefully to flower production. At least this is what I've been told.
