''Something odd'' is flowering

I waited a long time to post the photo of this flower. The first bud dried up on the outside and never opened. I cut it up and let the other bud do his thing. And I waited, and waited some more. The flower is still not fully open and is 8 cm wide for now. I'm pretty much impressed considering the size of the plant.

The flower looks a decent size as it's looks a fairly compact plant. Should be interesting as to future blooms as the plant gets significantly stronger.

Yay bessease hybrids! I spoke to Glen Decker about your BS seedling. I'm glad to see the 2nd bud came out. I also am sure the plant will bloom better once it gets some size. Thanks for sharing.
