Hi after a long travelling I got the parcel a few days ago.

I am so happy with my first Mexi that I wanted to share the pic.

It looks like a nice one for me, thanks to Santa :evil:

Dido, Are you using osmocote fertilizer for your paphs? Or is that kanuma?

It is Kanuma but I using a kind of osmocote sometimes too, but not for Paphs and Phrags.
I fertilized them not longer with nomral ones. I only use pond water and add amino acids and vitamins and sometiems every 3 month a littel rain mix.

And still soem of my phrag seems to show over fertilizing :confused:

maybe you're getting a deficiency symptom instead; I would get edge burns and things like that if there wasn't enough calcium
 
This is just me, but the old growth is planted too deeply into the substrate. You will find that there's a higher risc to rotting, so it might be worth to dig this growth up a bit! (Don't pull till it cracks, but it's worth trying, just to aviod that sort of trouble).
