Does it have to be an either or? I love both the typical and the albinistic forms of many, maybe most Paphs. As Mae West succintly put it: "Too much of a good thing can be wonderful!".
Take a look at 'eggshell's splendid P. philippinense alba (recte: P. philippinense fma. alboflavum = white-yellow).It's a highly aesthetic enjoyment to watch - the albinistic traits add IMHO to a more spatial, sculptural experience than the typical form (which I of course also love!):

DrLeslieEe's magnificent P. villosum fma. aureum (=golden) is an example of the albinistic form adding to "the variety of colors" in this species:

(As does my own 'Red' form of villosum compared to the more widespread coloured clones:

If you take a look at DrLeslieEe's excellent P. lowii fma. aureum (pictures a bit down in this thread), I think one should have a heart made of stone for it not to melt:

If albinistic forms really does not appeal to you, maybe the desentization therapy could begin with exposure to P. concolor fma. sulphurinum or P. x wenshanense fma. aureum, that might be a bit easier to stomach for most people than then green-white plants (and ok, Ray, I will give you that: I can see, why some people find there might be a certain sameness to the green-white flowers):

Oh, I think, I got so carried away, that I forgot to say: I like your flower, Paradise, albeit a tiny, first time bloomer - will be interesting to see the development as the plant (hopefully) gathers strength for further flowerings!
PS. In a recent post BrucherT made it clear, that he might be ready to go a long way to lay his hands on exactly the albinistic form of this species. Watch your back!
Kind regards,
Jens
