Paph. Hilo Charlee from Ebay!

The are a few times that I got plants from ebay that I like and this is one of them. This is a cross between Paph. Hilo Glory and Paph. charlesworthii. The color and shape is very good. I love the flat dorsal sepals (6.5 cm) and quite flat. The dorsal just got ding due to shipping. The NS is 10.6 cm.

he's used to posting phals, and phals with 'hilo' in the name are getting fairly common. can't say that i've seen paphs with 'hilo' in their name before.

So, I was fighting this one with you! I ended up as the 3rd highest bidder. Glad that you got it! It is very nice, much darker than the original pic the seller posted. I have three from this same cross but yours is definitely the best color and shape! My three plants of this cross are slower growing compared to other different Maudiae x charlesworthii crosses that I have. Ebay seller eorchids had been selling many of this cross last year (and several listings this year).
