why I cannot see anything if I click exclusives
Sorry about that - it appears the entire list of products (Fox Valley Exclusives) were deleted from the site sometime this morning.

Please accept my apologies, but it's obvious we can't have a sale if our customers can't place an order through the website. The clowns who wrote this hot-shot program are (supposedly) working feverishly to correct the problem, but so far no results. The sale will commence when we can actually have a list from which folks can order.

After a lot of soul-searching, we decided that dealing with the provider of our shopping cart was just not worth the agravation, so we eliminated it from the website. The new format at www.foxvalleyorchids.com should be launched later this morning with one significant change: We followed Orchid Inn's format and eliminated the online shopping cart feature. Instead, we'll have an online order form that can be copied, filled out and either faxed to us at (630) 219-4039 or mailed with the required credit card info. Orders can also be phoned to us at (630) 209-0836; if no one answers, please leave a message and we'll get back to you. I've also made sure the prices shown on the new site reflect the 20% Sales discount that was in effect when the shopping cart feature shot craps. Thanks for your continued support; you're an important reason for our continuing in business.

Hi All,
Based on the response to our "no shopping cart" website, it's apparent we have to have one, so we reinstated that function this morning with the hope that our new shopping cart provider will step up to problems if and when they occur. Thanks for bearing with us; the site should look pretty much the same as the old one before the problem.
