Okay, this bloomed the second flower and it did this
so I am considering taking this and the current roth blooming (http://www.slippertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=33375&page=3) to judging next week (the third flower on the roth should be open by then)..just want to know what people think as it is a four hour drive ..not sure I really want to go..but pretty sure this flower wont make it till mid april for our local judging.

That one looks very promising especially with the flower shape, flattish petals and purple color seemingly coming through.

fully open for three days now..the dorsal is suspect...i know judges tend to want the dorsal to be flat and broad ..and normally I would agree...

I think the dorsal is just a tiny bit floppy, but sooo much better than most
of the photos I've seen. The color is lovely and any judge should like that.
If you can spare the time, I'd take for judging.
