USPS Rates Going Up!!

My GF just went to the PO. to mail a package & the postal worker told her that the rates for shipping packages are going up .23cents at the end of the month.
Then they wonder why everyone is not using them anymore!!! Has anyone heard about this?

No but I had a lesson learned ...... did you know that magazines do not qualify as media mail? Anything that has a form of advertising in it does not qualify!
Funny as the gas prices plummet, shipping rates go up!

And they are still cheaper than UPS or Fed Ex, I'm pretty sure.

well if that is the case, I better get my last couple of boxes out for the season before the end of the month.
