Where did you find such a large plant. I have gigantea x LD Bear Queen and can't
seem to find the right conditions to make it happy. I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Your plant has very intense color...almost looks as though it's illuminated from
inside the flower.

I got this plant as a seedling from Tenshin Gardens 2.5 years ago.

It grew well under warm nights (minimum 18C nights all year) and hot days (summers up to 32C), under very bright light at 1600-1800 fc about 6 inches from T5 lights, with occasional winter sun through shaded south Bay windows. Grows semi hydro and never dries out.

The picture was taken with backlit sun reflection off the window onto the flower. Made it glow nicely.

Ah well, perhaps my greenhouse is too cool or not quite enough sun.
Just moved it slightly higher to more light. As for temperatures, warm summer will help it grow. The cool winter will rest it.

That's a very nice flower....as to the leaves 1.5 feet a sigle leafe? That's huge.
