chiming in with a nice surprise flower on this little rescued plant. For two years it sat in a decorative pot in an upscale plant store, the kind of place that caters to high-end decor plants. Single growth. No tag. I’d ask about it every time I went in but plant and pot was $48; I guess it sat in a designer pot. After two years I went in one day and the guy working there just rolled his eyes and ripped it out of the pot and handed it to me, laughing. He said “you’re the only person who cares about this thing so just take it.” I don’t think they’d been watering it. Had one live root. Two years later, here’s the result. I’m saying it’s Greyi but does anyone disagree? Could it be niveum? Flower seems forward-flexed; curious about that. Comments appreciated.

Wow it really does...what IS the difference? How would I know? I love my tagless rescue bargains but then when I succeed in getting a bloom, I’m frustrated not knowing what went into it!

Why being frustrated, when you instead could spend your time being pleased over the beauty of the flower and your rescue action?!

I have several Greyi, a few Mystic Isle and a couple niveum. I don’t know of any solid way to determine the difference visually. I have plants of each one that look like your plant. My niveum and Mystic Isle photos are on another device so I’ll send later but these are a few of my Greyi.Attachments
