I personally find those percentages very misleading.
I totally get what you are saying but which odds would you bet on? Everything aligning on a 25% chance of being compact or a 75% chance of being bigger?
I'll bet on 75 every time.

Well, the ways of the genetic lottery are for me as unsearchable and past finding out as are the ways of the Lord!
I don't think percentages will provide any help in deciding which genes are dominant or which are recessive... not to speak of which contributes to sheer chance.
I have a P. Delrosi growing to be a somewhat larger plant and at the same time a P. Gloria Naugle, that looks quite small (and darn slowgrowing). As both are 50-50%
Rothschildianum-delenatii, respective micranthum, they - at least for their part -seem to be discarding the %-theory (my P. Dollgoldi btw seems to have chosen the path of moderation, when it comes to the size of its vegetable features, and places itself in the middle of the other two extremists!
