This is the first to bloom from a flask I got from Hengduan 4 years ago. It set this spike about 8 months ago and then just sat there. Parvi's are annoying.

It's a big bloom for a small plant:

I've kept 2 others, but they're not in spike. Hopefully next year if I have room to keep them.

Very nice!! Do you drop your winter temps? To what I'd like to know for this one, thanks!!

My grow area is in the kitchen, but my wife keeps the house frigid in the winter, so...yes? It gets down to 60-65 at night and 70 during the day.

Does this species usually need a cold spell to flower?

I thought this species would be larger.....Very nice!

Like Eric, I will be interested in one of "the others" also if you are interested in a fair trade....
