Took forever for the stem on my malipoense to elongate.The photo is at theQ.O.S. spring show ----Have a pod set x it on my Javiniprim`Jade`.Could intensify the colour or not.

nice long stem...once saw a a malipoense with a six foot stem at a seattle show in the nineties...

That malipoense is beautiful. Do they get such long stalks in nature? If so, they'd have to grow in protected locations or high winds would rip them off.
