Istvan, I'm no expert so I won't say anything about it's status. What I can say that it is a lovely flower with a nicely coloured lip and a good shape. 👌

Not sure.Maybe Carmen s/a x lueddemanniana...God knows. On the other hand its genes seem to be stable, all plants from self or sibcross the same as I know.

The thinking is that the unique winged column on lueddemanniana is missing on 'CV' suggests that it is of hybrid origin as this is very stable in lueddemanniana and not present in other unilofiates. CV also has pretty rounded leaves and most lueddemannianas are more pointy. Does't take anything away from a very nice plant.
