Third year blooming and probably the biggest blooms. It’s a steady grower. Just one growth and two flowers each year.
The flower has to be observed outside to appreciate the coerulea form, as the colours are very subtle, especially on the petals and sepals.

On of my favorite species! I remember reading an article in National Geographic on this species growing in a tree and had many flowers.

Well done. Most I’ve seen per spike is 3 blooms. Most only 2.
