Purchased this species 6 months ago. All the pictures that I have seen of this species do not show an open flower but have the lateral sepals tucked within each other, forming a jaw-like structure from them, hence the species name, mandibulare (mandible=jaw bone). Not sure what is going on with this one.

What big fangs you have.

Very nice though. I may have to try some of this species.
