So a terracotta pot that had my cyp fell over and broke (in the spring). It was not a very bad break. So m question is, now that it is fall, should I repot this or would it be better to just glue the pot together? If glue, super-glue (or another type of glue)?

It doesn't look that bad (and obviously wasn't if it happened in the spring and you ignored it for a whole season). If the plant needs to be repotted, then I would repot it, otherwise, why not just leave it as is? If it ain't broke, don't fix it (or, in this case, at least break it more before you do :p)
