This is my Paph. Gloria Naugle, which I bought in bud 7 years ago. After blooming, it just grew. Nothing happened. As I was watering today, it looks like it finally decided to bloom for me.

I am keeping my figures crossed.

Premature excitement can occasionally be a bad thing......but in this case I would feel the same......lol

Good one. I love it. My Gloria naugle just finished its flower. If I were you I would refrain from splitting the plants up, unless it has naturally split, otherwise you may have to wait another 7 years to bloom again. It propagates well. My main growth flowered 3 years ago and had 2 new growths, the first new growth bloomed last year, now with its own 2 new growth. The second just finished flowering, but has not had any new growth.
I think yours is about 4-5 weeks from blooming.
