Phrag light question

I just bought a 2ft, 4 T5 light. I wanted to use it on the phrags that I have. How far away should I shoot for? I know I will have to get them aclimated slowly, just wondering how close eventually.

Not so close that they burn! I think some of the artificial lighting people posted 10" .
