I bought this as a small seedling many years ago. It's actually one of the first paphs I bought. It bloomed a couple of years ago, but I didn't get a photo. This year it's blooming on 2 spikes. It's growing in s/h in the greenhouse.

Well, Paph Yellow Tiger is registered as platyphyllum x glanduliferum.
Candace, your plant doesn't look like it has either one of these species in it:mad: The staminode reminds me of a St Swithin.
 
I've got a St. Swithin open now and I thought the same thing. :< I wanted to see what others thought before saying something. Very frusterating to grow a plant for so long (and pay quite a bit for a seedling!) and then it's not what you thought it was. This has happened to me so many times now, I've lost count!
 
I agree with the others, this is probably Paph Saint Swithin. The "bent knee" staminode of Paph rothschildianum is quite prominent in this plant.
