Considering putting this up for an award. First flowering seedling 91mm wide 44mm Dorsal & 65mm in length. Whats the opinion?? Murray F

Looks nice and flat, good clear color. Nice. Very nice. In the AOS size is only 10 points or so, but it is often the first 10 points. You have enough size to get looked at. Form, color and presentation at the time shown are what will tip it over the edge if it were to get awarded. If the trip is not an ordeal to get to judging, go ahead and bring it in. Pinocchio is a frequently exhibited cross, it will have to "knock the judges socks off" to get an award, but it has a chance at least from the photo. If you don't show it, you know for sure it won't get awarded.

It is but some people think the album parents were identified first so the v. purpurense has to be noted. I dont.
