Why can't you grow them with your other paphs?beautiful leaves. I wish i could grow them....
Looks like the lighter leaf one might be the true hookerae and the rest like mine (with maroon flush on leaves) might be the volonteanum. Waiting in anticipation here... 3 more weeks and counting! The 3rd plant, Dunja x self, is breaking a new lead as it buds up. I find its cousin, volonteanum does the same thing, blooms before it breaks a new growth.
Or the flushed leaf one are hybrids between volentianum & hookerae. I hate those types of crosses.Looks like the lighter leaf one might be the true hookerae and the rest like mine (with maroon flush on leaves) might be the volonteanum. Waiting in anticipation here... 3 more weeks and counting!
I’ve been thinking volonteanum has thinner, more silvery, pointier leaves? Only place I’ve laid eyes on them is Sam’s and that’s my impression of his sets of plants: hookerae proper had rounder, fatter leaves; volonteanum leaves more markedly silver and more lanceolate. Or is that just my mistaken nonsense impression based off one display?Looks like the lighter leaf one might be the true hookerae and the rest like mine (with maroon flush on leaves) might be the volonteanum. Waiting in anticipation here... 3 more weeks and counting!
I did look it up lolAs an AOS judge/member should be able to look up the clone Malingham. I feel positive it is a hookerae the other parent maybe in question.
Is it possible to post it with credit of courseI did look it up lol
Looks like hookerae to me.
