Yep I notified ebay, and I sent him an email. Personally I don't mind it if someone uses one of our pictures, but they need to ask first....

I agree, about the asking, It is even better when they put a credit line of the picture for example
"Photo courtesy of Orchids Limited"
That way you also get the benefit of advertising exposure.

Its not just the USA eBay sellers using other peoples pic. One on the Australian ebay uses pics from almost every website, including Antec Labs. I sent then an e-mail but never heard back. I even found a pic of a plant from a member of the SOF in there. Might be worth forum members here checking the Aussie site.
