neo. tsukenashi (neo with no tsuke / abscission zone)

This neo has no tsuke/abscission zone. It is the part of the plant where the leaves easily break off once it is dry. People have mentioned that this plant is unique. I think its a unique pain in the neck because I need to cut dry leaves off rather than giving it a simple yank.
