There are some there I would love to have. Thanks for the photos. They are always appreciated.

For your information.
With the help of Patricia Harding and Eric Hagsater the shown Epidendrum could be identified.
It seems to be
Epidendrum renzii Garay & Dunsterville, illustrated in the field guides of Orchids of Venezuela.

Perhaps somebody has the plant in culture and could send me other pictures of.

Best greetings

Today we had a judging meeting in Hannover with some very interesting plants. Here some pictures

In the end an interesting Epidendrum. We are seeking the correct name for.
Perhaps somebody knows more about this species.

Hi Olaf,

great plants and pictures. As for the Epidendrum, I am almost 100% sure it is Epidendrum renzii.
This is a beautiful Epidendrum from the Venezuelan Andes... nice to see this plant here (I know it from Venezuela, where I come from)

Ramón

Dear Ramon,
many thanks for the confirmation of the identification. Eric Hagsater gave me the name but had also last doubts.

Best greetings

Olaf
