Hi,

Three lovely white flowers again this year.
But this time it produced a second growth after this first, over winter and this too looks like it will flower.
So two sets of flowers and maybe 6-8 weeks of enjoyment and all from a 10cm pot growing on a windowsill.
It must be my favourite Cattleya, lovely form and a good scent.

Yes, thank you! That is worth seeing!

'Would love to have one like that in my collection. 'Never seen a mossiae that I didn't like; but, some are better than others and this one is certainly one of the better ones. 'Nice to have a second inflorescence coming along. Congratulations!

John,
Thanks. This one was just a seedling bought locally. Nothing special but looking on line at others maybe the form is good.
Chadwick reckons that this species is just about the easiest to grow of any.
I have another clone called mossiae morada bought from Strauss Orchideen that is in low bud. He imports a lot of stuff from Venezuela. Not sure what this one is going to be like apart from not Alba.
