Pic is a bit fuzzy but from what I can see looks like a very unusual and interesting flower.

Cute little guy. The only Bulbo I ever owned. I got it as an unexpected freebie with an order. Since I didn't have a place for it I tossed it in an overgrown terrarium that wasn't getting much attention, and promptly forgot about it. Over 6 months later I discovered it as I was taking cuttings from the overgrown plants before cleaning out the old terrarium, buried in Ficus pumila, after giving it absolutely no attention other than the occasional misting the whole terrarium got. It was perfectly happy and had doubled in size.
