Bulbophillum auratum 'Other World' CHM/AOS the yellow form of auratum the typical form is pink and currently not in bloom.

This one is a warm to cool grower but I have found that if I bring it in from the cool greenhouse in the winter it flowers on and off all fall, winter, and early spring long. It grows in a wooden vanda basket with sphagunm I haven't repotted in three years because it grows so vigorously in the summer that I can cut leads off, single bulbs and plant them and in one single growing season it makes a quite nice plant. Feed heavy in the summer always wet heavy shade and thats about it.
