I just try to scare the monkeys away from the house, it is the tax collectors that I use as scarecrows

Yes I know. maybe after I see the doctor about my wrecked shoulder and knee and the physical therapist about my torn hamstring.

Capture the flag. Usually hang a move a flag from the center of the field to the opponents start area.

fun, except for all the sliding and falling...OUCH my aching body! Who does
the scoring and based on what?

The "X-ball" format in that video is pretty harsh. 2 x 25 minute halves. 5 vs 5, guns shooting 15 balls/second! You score a point by hanging a flag from the center on the opponents start box. Then you start the next point after a 2 minute reload, clean up, etc., break. It hurts but you really don't feel the minor hits after a while, too much adrenaline. It's the only sport where women are almost exactly equal to men. I have reffed little old ladies who started the day scared and by the end were chasing down and eliminating younger players! We say, "It's the most fun you can have with your cloths on"!
