Vernalizing Cyp Seedlings

Hi,
can anyone, propagating cyps in vitro,recommend a good way to vernalize seedlings?
I have the following questions: Can you vernalize seedlings in vitro? Is it a good way to vernalize seedlings in a plastic bag in refrigerator? Is it better to vernalize in a styrofoam box in refrigerator?
Any recommendation that you have and it is working for you is appreciated!
