Phals in general or one of these species? Do they bud blast or throw keikis?

If they are blasting I'd look for mealies and/or low humidity. Keikis and no flowers might be light too low.

The bellina realy likes warmer temps and high humidity. Mine is actually mounted, and with 70%+ humidity its sending out lots of roots and growing moss on the mount.
