I bought this fasciata as a quite young plant at an auction in my orchid society - and it's now giving me a first flower:

I wouldn't exactly call the plant 'tiny', still younghish, though, and with plenty of room for development! The flower is nicely sized for this species, though looks only very big relatively to the young plant!
