A gift received from a good friend in the local society in 2018. This is the awarded plant and so vigorous it blooms on every new growth it puts out so far. My friend Joe mentioned in all his years growing, this plant was always in the top 5 of his entire collection based on vigor and blooming.

Curious plant, it seems to grow in a circle with the left lead / eye always initiating growth. The origins of this plant was gold country orchids.. 2008. Looks like one of the parents is Rlc. Oconee which, is also one of my favorites.

enjoy.

And almost identical genes to my Yoshiko (Sierra Doll x Dean Rizer). I like a personal connection to my hybrid Cattleyas and Yoshiko was bred by Orchids Limited and named for a grandmother of the family. Mine will bloom next week and I will post a picture in this chain to compare.
