I was fascinated by this Brassavola species since I grow orchids, and have 2 plants of them. This time had to be the first blooming, and frustration!! One plant came up with 3 spikes. But the flowers were so large that the first one broke off after 2 days, second one took a strange hanging position. I managed to fix the 3rd before it would break too. here some pictures, great fragrance!!! Jean
