I've been wondering about this as well, as far as I know you have to provide a picture to the RHS when registering a hybrid. Why they don't show these pictures when you look up a hybrid on their site is beyong my understanding.......

I believe that pictures are only required to register primary hybrids, but are encouraged for all.

No, I believe you need a photo to register the hybrid. Why they are not accessable is another question .

Nope. Ross is right - primaries only.

I didn't have to provide a picture when I registered my Phal cross. I agree with Ross.
