Fire is gone

Here are pictures taken this morning with Nikkor 18-70 mm zoom.
Its a window facing northeast with no sun this time of year.

Last week I bought an Adaptall so I can use my old Tamron SP 90 on my Nikon D70.
I have to use it with manual settings. Here is the first picture taken without tripod as I used for the pictures above
