Although this was bought some two years ago as Paul Eugene Conroy it looks like a small version of Grande. The only difference I can spot is that in this phrag the petals are green whereas in Grande they are more yellow.
Am I right or is this plant not what I thought it was???

If the pouch is smaller than a typical Grande, it is probably PEC. The parentage is similar. I would _generally_ expect that the pouch would be a bit smaller and the interior should show the ivory white color on the interior. The staminode shape might vary from Grande.

With all of that said, the parents of both plants were lumped together. That can lead to tags that have incomplete varietal names and other issues.

It is tough to say for sure, but I wouldn't doubt the PEC designation.
