Phragmipedium longifolium do have some well definite and pointed side horns, a notch or tooth on the front label. Inner part usually suffused with very small dots….

This one is having a square front labelled edge, larger brown inner dot and the rounded side horns like the one found when crossing longifolium with caricinum or pearcei… Sorry!
 
Sorry to say but I do agree with Jean Pierre. It is not a pure longifolium IMHO. It could be Mantinii or Green Hornet x longifolium. Even could be a Conchiferum x self o x sib.
