Looks more like a richteri to me. But take this with a grain of salt, because I honestly can't tell you the differences without a book on Phrags in front of me, other than that my caricinum 'Aileen' has brownish petals that hang straight down and the markings on the top of the pouch are different.

I do know that there has been a lot of confusion between pearcei & caricinum.I just now checked it out & I'm sure mine is more pearcei with it's tighter curly,lateral petals & 'black mustache'.I guess it's time to change its tag.;)

Congradulations what a beauty ! Can you share come culture tips?. What temperature do you grow it at. I have difficulty blooming this type. I keep the greenhouse winter temp at 65 max-!
