This is the 1st flower to open. The plant has 3 spikes.

Nice Tom... it is probably a Phal Flores Moon - Phal floresensis x cornu-cervi. I posted a picture of mine on which bloomed recently on Peter Lin's Big Leaf Orchid forum. The experts provided that there is no gersenii in this. I personally really like them and think yours is nice.
