one of my peloric phal equestris. was purchased thinking it was a 'smaller' standard equestris, (I already had purchased a plant supposedly standard flower that turned out to be peloric) but when it flowered it, too ended up being peloric. usually the flowers on this one aren't completely peloric and aren't as attractive as on my other plant, but i noticed this summer that these flowers are completely peloric in that there is no pollinia or stigmatic surface (sterile). usually the flowers will have some pelorism but pollen and a stigma, sometimes no pollen. it hasn't been hotter this summer, actually it has been a lot milder than last few years
