First bloom from this cross that I got a few years ago from OrchidInn.
Big full flower. Some flaws and Very similar to my Suzanne Decker and Allison Strohm, but I really like it. :)

Thanks!
I find it interesting that even though it's blooming under warmer temperature than my Allison Strohm, the flower is darker. I'm not complaining, I was just expecting a more pastel flower. That said, my Eric Young have variable flower colours, I wonder if it's going to be the same with this plant. Time will tell. :)

It's a lovely flower tiny horns and all. The color is splendid!
I often wonder what genetic hiccup causes the horns on the
petals. I see them often on 4N flowers.

Yay besseae hybrids! Looks like it's warmer there than in NYC.

Not quite. It's 55F right now. It's just too dark to take pictures inside and the Phrags can handle this temperature. :)

very nice and huge plant

For now it's a medium size plant. But I have a feeling it's gonna get way bigger. It's a bit of a climber, also. That's why there's a black pot on top of the white one.
But for now it's a puny plant compared to my Frank Smith
