I moved it around when it was in spike/bud, this is the reason spike is all twisted.

We can't judge a hybrid by one flowering plant. There could be one that has best traits from both parents.



That said, I was told generally speaking, F1 primary x in multiflora are usually not as good as their parents. Therefore we see remake of hybrid using better parents.
