This one isn't too hard to grow. It doesn't get any special treatment. It is just potted with straight orchiata bark - the 12-18 mm in the bottom 2/3'd and 9-12 mm in the top of the pot.

Nice. and I think of all the grief I get for bringing plants to judging with dead leaves.

Thanks for pointing that out to everyone Eric. I saw the dead leaves after I took the photo but it was too late to take it again.
