A bit disappointed on this years blooming. Normally it has multi spikes with 3 flowers but I repotted into a huge pot last spring and I think it's adjusting.

Well, if it usually does do multi-spikes, I *suppose* I can understand your disappointment, but it looks just wonderful to me. If your disappointment is too much to bear, I would happily take it off your hands! ;)

Thanks all. Elena, we could guess-o-matic it's age if we had access to the Awards Quarterly. It's parents are 'Penn Valley' AM X 'Tennsey' AM( I maybe off on the spelling of the second parent). I imagine they were awarded in the late 60's - early 70's and this is a divison:eek:. I paid 300.00 for it in 03, maybe 04 at the time it had eight growths and low bud, one spike. I had it in a 6" aircone but I couldn't get back in for obvious reasons. So I had to pot it up in a 2 or 3 gal tub that a small tree would come in!

 Quantity isn't everything! Wait til next blooming!
I'd be happy if any of my 7 roths produced 1 flower at this point! :p

That's one fine plant and flowers. I LOVE roth....will take it off your hands if you like. Don't worry...next year it will make up for this year's blooming.
