This is a photo of my first bloom seedling of Paph. Michael Koopowitz imported last July from Ching Hua Orchids of Taiwan. Currently three flowers are out and a fourth is opening. The dorsal sepal has bold striping with a central stripe that looks like a broad dot with an exclamation point on top. The petals on the first flower are now 21 inches long. It is putting on a nice display, I think! Grown under High Pressure Sodium HID lamp with a fan nearby.

Awesome! Is this the same plant that was on the monthly show table at the VOS meeting last night?

Small world. I didn't know you were on this forum Neil. The pictures are lovely but the plant is even more beautiful "in person".
Yes! The petals are so long it isn't easy to get a good photo and orchids are always better in 3D and in person. I will try to take a better picture now that all four flowers are well opened.
