This is a wonderful size plant multi growth healthy root plant that I have been waiting 2 months for the bud to open.
Blah flower.....IMO.
I guess the saying is:
Beggars can’t be choosers.
I did choose it among other plants years ago.
I never begged.
I have another healthy plant of Majic Lantern (different source) waiting to set bud amongst 5 growths and I am hoping for a better shape and color flower, as well as a Paph. Carolyn Butcher from OrchidInn in bud and maybe will like what I get with those.

I’d love a division. I’ve killed 3; I think they didn’t like the heat/humidity in the summer. Or are yours kept in an A/C room in FL?

I keep outdoors in my fan controlled lanai Pergola. Temps rarely exceed 85 with fans and misting system (also have Chameleons and geckos in the lanai) although the temp can be 90-95 during the day.
If I split I’ll let you know. Cheers Michael

I'd say the flower has its good points despite the deformity. I love the soft pink color and the gentle picotee effect created by the darker bands along the petal edges. I agree with Ozpaph - there's always next flowering.
