Very nice! I can't see the small red dots typical for var. sanderae, is it possibly var. sanderianum?

I agree. If it is a Paph. insigne, I think it is fm. sanderianum, isn't it?

Yes, it is forma sanderianum which is the albinistic version. Forma sanderae
has the small brown spots at the base of the dorsal sepal and was used much more commonly in early hybrids to create our modern greens and whites.
 
Both forms var. sanderianum and var. sandera are adorable ones - but hard to get in these days. I would be lucky if I possessed one or better both of them.
