That is a beauty. Did you have it awarded?

No, someone else did a few years back. I had this division before it was awarded. When I heard this clone got an AM I took my Geyserland clone for judging as I felt it was much better. It then got an AM.

Beautiful flowering congratulations !

Needs good drainage? What is the pot?

Not really. This species is pretty straight forward to grow. Having said that this plant was a bit larger than started declining. I pulled out the plant and it fell apart into several pieces. I experimented and put one of the pieces in this basket pot. It probably has done best of the lot. It has grown well. It has lots of roots running down the sides.

Excellant David. You can grow the crap out of this species! I'm having really good success growing in the net pots wooden baskets now as well. I had to move a stonei yesterday from a 5 inch net to a 9 inch square pond basket because of all the roots coming out of the sides.
