Thanks for taking/posting the closeup. The wild colours, hairs, and patterns around and behind the staminode are my favorite parts of the flower.

It seems to be very tolerant with high temperatures and low humidity, the flowers are absolutely not affected while opening under 35°C (95F) and 30% relative humidity during the day!:wink:

Great photos and a lovely elegant flower.

It's one I haven't seen in real life but your photography is so good it feels like I have..........;-)

Cool. I never noticed the beautiful patterning behind the staminode of this species before. Nice flowers and great photography!
